By using OffensiveRemoval (referred to as "the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

OffensiveRemoval provides users with the ability to check their Discord Ban History. The service is provided "as is'' and "as available."

3. User Responsibilities

          3.1 Compliance with Discord Terms of Service

Users must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the Bot. Any violation of Discord’s terms may result in being banned from using the Bot.

          3.2 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate information when using the Bot.

Accepted Ban Reasons Include but are not limited to:

Troll, Harassment, Making others uncomfortable, Racism, etc. 

Discord ToS Violation (if ban evading you must provide the user id and/or username of the main account)

NSFW Content in SFW Servers

People on discord who are too young (<13 years old)

Raiding

Non Accepted Reasons Examples are, but not limited to:

Test Bans / bans with no reason

Personal grudges

            3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Bot for any unlawful or malicious purpose.

Disrupt or interfere with the Bot's operation or the servers hosting the Bot.

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the security of the Bot.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Bot is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. 

5. Data Handling

          5.1 Data Collection

The Data We Collect:

Discord User ID

Discord Server ID's and Names

Discord Bans, Reasons, Evidence, and anything else submitted with the ban

       5.2 Data Removal

You have the right to request the removal of your data from our database. This can be done through The designated Support Server.

       5.3 Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services, or as required by law.

6. Liability

        6.1 No Warranty

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be error-free, secure, or always available.

        6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffensiveRemoval and its creators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.

 7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OffensiveRemoval and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Bot, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
