What data do you collect, including but not limited to personal identifying information?

• The data we collect is your Discord user id (which can be found in developer mode), Discord Server ID/Name and Discord username.

Why Do We Need This Data?

• To store the data along with a “reason” and “evidence” in a database for server bans, and to notify servers about it.

How Do We Use This Data?

• We use the data to look up, test, troubleshoot, and search for ban reasons.

• However, please note that it will not be throughout Discord. It only will have access to bans on the server(s) OffensiveRemoval is in.

Other than Discord the company and users of your own bot on Discord the platform, who do you share our collected data with, if anyone?

• Only the OffensiveRemoval Support Team Admins of the bot has access to the databases.

How can users contact us if they have concerns about your bot?

• Users can find the Support Team on the Support Server.

Data Removal Requests

• If a user wants their data to be removed, join the support server, open a ticket, and request to have the data removed. Please allow the Support Team at least 30 days to respond.

What kind of reasons with proof are accepted into the database?

• Reasons that do not target anyone

• Proof like images/attachments, links to images, etc.
